Our scheduling coordinator often receives calls from repeat clients when booking appointment. These clients are typically either purchasing a new home and want their garage floor done, or calling on behalf of a family member for the same purpose. Occasionally, we get calls from family members who have admired our work on the floors of their parents, siblings, or other relatives. As a small, family-run business, we consider these referrals to be the highest form of compliments, and we are thankful for each one.
Recently, we scheduled an appointment for a referral client who had just bought a new home. He specifically requested the same representative who had worked with his family over the years.
